Victory Churches of Mexico is growing and expanding and we need your help!

We recently had the opportunity to purchase some land in Ensenada at an incredible 40% discount. As well as purchasing the land we will need to provide services to the land such as a cistern and a septic system and to construct a church building. We are asking our Victory Family to partner with us in raising funds to establish a new church in Ensenada, Mexico.

The vision for this church is to reach this subdivision with the Gospel. Establish a church to meet the needs of the people in this district, and to identify ministry giftings that can be trained and released to plant more churches. There is already a group of about 30 people meeting regularly and a couple who are ready to plant and oversee the church. Our goal is to raise $70,000 for this project.

• Teach them the word of God so that they can become faithful followers of Jesus.
• Release them into Holy Spirit directed ministry for the expansion of God’s kingdom on earth.

• Plant a church in Choyal subdivision of Ensenada Mexico through our Ensenada Victory Mission Base.
• Purchase four parcels of land and build a functioning church structure.
• Establish Pastors Oto & Ely Marroquin as the lead pastors under the apostolic direction of Pastors Terry & Bernardita Melnychuck.

• To reach the people of Choyal subdivision with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
• To establish a functioning church to meet the spiritual, emotional and physical needs of the people in that district.
• To identify ministry giftings that can be trained and released to plant other churches.

• Pastors Oto & Ely Marroquin have planted four previous churches in Guatemala, Honduras and Mexico. They are in their early 50’s and have partnered with the Victory Baja Mission Base to evangelize the people of Ensenada, primarily in Choyal. They currently have between 20-40 people meeting under a tarp tent in Choyal and have the potential to reach hundreds.

• Choyal is a new subdivision in Ensenada where the lots are economically priced and can be purchased with a small amount down and monthly payments. Currently, there are many rudimentary and temporary structures, but eventually it will grow into a regular low cost housing subdivision. The lots are 95% sold at this time and we are being offered a 40% discount if we purchase four parcels.
