Thank you to all those who made our Project Hebron campaign a great success. Your generous help made it possible for Victory Churches of the Philippines to take full ownership of their building. Your generosity made it possible for Pastor Riche & Ning Conte to see the fulfillment of a vision to have a national headquarters for the ministry there in the Philippines. It will house their ministry offices, Victory Bible School, an on campus church, and be the apostolic base for future church planting. It’s through projects like this one that we can help out beyond our general mission’s budget to see the Victory Vision propagated throughout the world.

Project Hebron is an undertaking to purchase, develop and pay for a national headquarters for Victory Churches of the Philippines, which is currently 38 churches strong and growing. There is a great need to have a facility that can house their offices, a training center for leaders and their international Bible School.

The good news is that, through sacrifice, national commitment and vision casting, this project is becoming a reality. A $50,000.00 investment from Victory Churches Canada has contributed to the purchase of a building that they are currently renovating to house their operations.

At present, there is an outstanding balance of $87,000.00 and once that is met, they will own the facility outright. VCA Philippines is currently raising money to meet this need.

As Victory Churches Canada, we have purposed to make helping with this need one of our special projects this year. On June 12, 2022, which happens to be Philippines Independence Day, we are asking our Canadian churches to receive a special offering to help with this.

Please consider giving through your Victory Church on this date. If you are giving, please make your cheque out to "Victory Churches of Canada" with the designation "Project Hebron Philippines".

Dear Victory Pastors,

We can’t thank you enough for your willingness to help Victory Churches in the Philippines to have our own national headquarters and Bible School. This is a dream come true! Although there are lots of renovations and improvements still to be done, we will start in person classes this June.

The purchase of this building and how we were able to get a loan etc. is all truly a miracle. Again, I cannot thank you enough for your help. May the Lord bless you back a hundred fold!
